Our Projects
Founded on a vision of innovation and environmental stewardship, MSG stands at the forefront of revolutionizing aircraft maintenance. In 2009, our founder, Svein Gunnar, conceived a ground-breaking automated method for washing and de-icing aircraft, leading to the establishment of MSG in 2016. This visionary approach has not only garnered over €5m in research and development funding from regional, national, and European sources but has also earned the prestigious Seal of Excellence from the European Innovation Council in 2016 and again in 2022.
MSG's dedication to cutting-edge, sustainable solutions was further demonstrated by the unveiling of a full-scale prototype at Skien Airport in 2019, with plans for the inaugural commercial system to be implemented at Oslo Gardermoen airport. Under Svein Gunnar's leadership, the company has executed several complex, multi-partner innovation projects, securing its place as a leader in green technology. Recognized with Entrepreneur and Environmental awards in 2017 and 2018, respectively, MSG Project is pioneering a future where eco-friendly aircraft maintenance becomes a global standard, redefining the industry with each successful project.
